Slixoranvydhorir provides natural cleaning services for tenant move-out situations. Our services use chemical-free methods and natural ingredients to clean properties. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
When booking our natural cleaning services, you agree to provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements. Cancellation policies apply as communicated at the time of booking. We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of service booking. We accept various payment methods as specified. Payment is due according to the agreed schedule, and late payments may incur additional charges.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use our services to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content. You must provide accurate information when booking services and must not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers. Any misuse of our services may result in termination of service and legal action.
Slixoranvydhorir provides natural cleaning services with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, you may be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution services. Under UK law, you also have the right to refer certain disputes to the courts. For consumer disputes, you may be able to use the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission or seek assistance from a consumer advice service.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland as applicable. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
