Return Period (14 days under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you book our cleaning services online or by phone without meeting us in person, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of making it, without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you entered into the contract. If you request that we begin providing the service during the 14-day cancellation period, you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us using the contact information provided below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions apply:

  • You must notify us within the applicable time period (14 days for online/phone bookings under Consumer Contracts Regulations, or 24 hours for service quality issues)
  • For service quality complaints, you must provide details of the issues and allow us reasonable opportunity to inspect the work
  • The service must not have been fully performed if you are exercising your 14-day cancellation right and requested early commencement
  • Any cancellation must be communicated to us in writing or by phone using our contact details

Return Shipping Costs

As we provide cleaning services rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns. However, if you cancel a service booking under your 14-day cancellation right before we have started providing the service, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after we have partially or fully performed the service (and you requested early commencement), we may deduct from any refund the value of services already provided.

Non-Returnable Items

As we provide cleaning services rather than physical goods, the following applies: once a cleaning service has been fully completed and you have specifically requested that we begin providing the service during the 14-day cancellation period, you cannot cancel the service. Additionally, if you have accepted the service as satisfactory and more than 24 hours have passed since completion, you may not be entitled to a full refund, though we will still work with you to address any legitimate concerns.

Consumer Rights under UK Law

Under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Cancel: For distance contracts (online or phone bookings), you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel without reason
  • Right to Quality Service: Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, as described, and within a reasonable time
  • Right to Remedy: If a service is not performed with reasonable care and skill, you have the right to have it redone or receive a price reduction
  • Right to Information: You have the right to clear information about services, prices, and your cancellation rights before booking

These rights are in addition to any terms in this policy and cannot be excluded by contract. If you believe your consumer rights have been breached, you can seek advice from Citizens Advice or contact Trading Standards.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your natural cleaning service with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our costs. If you booked online or by phone, you also have the 14-day cancellation right described above. We understand that circumstances change and will work with you to find a suitable solution. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will consider waiving any cancellation fees.

Refund Procedure

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it as follows:

  • We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days
  • We will verify your eligibility for a refund based on the terms of this policy and UK consumer law
  • If approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of our decision
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise
  • For partial refunds (if service was partially performed), we will calculate the refund amount based on services not yet provided or not meeting required standards

You should receive the refunded amount within 5-10 business days after we process it, depending on your payment provider. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

While we provide services rather than goods, similar principles apply. If our cleaning service does not meet the description provided, was not performed with reasonable care and skill, or if we failed to provide information you were legally entitled to receive, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to require us to repeat the service to a satisfactory standard, or if that is not possible, to receive a price reduction. In some cases, you may be entitled to reject the service and receive a full refund. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and fairly.
